Java Developer (1 Junior Developer 40-55k and 1 Mid-Level Developer 55-70k) DC

We are looking for a Java web application developer to assist in maintaining our web site, creating and maintaining enterprise applications for internal use, and creating exciting new technology solutions for us and our partners.
Brains trump most skills. We will avoid using words like "dynamic" and "fast-paced" if you promise to show us all of the great ideas you have in your head and tell us about how badly you want to work on developing them.
